HOW THE BOOKING PROCESS WORKS
1. Submit Your Booking Form
Complete and submit your ENE Booking Form with your event details and service selections.
2. Pay Your Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date. Your booking fee is applied toward your total balance.
Payment may be made through the payment option selected on your booking form. Payment links and/or invoice instructions will be provided as applicable.
3. Receive Your Invoice & Service Agreement
Once your booking form and required payment are received, ENE will prepare and send your Invoice for review and Service Agreement for review and signature.
Standard processing time is 3–4 business days. During peak event seasons, holidays, or weekends, processing may take additional time.
4. Final Payment
Your remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule stated in your Service Agreement:
• Invoice totals under $300: $50 booking deposit; remaining balance due upon artist arrival.
• Invoice totals $301–$500: $100 booking deposit; remaining balance due upon artist arrival.
• Invoice totals $501+: 50% booking deposit; remaining 50% due 30 days before the event.
5. Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable upon receipt.
Payments may be transferred to a rescheduled event date within 6 months of the original event date, subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
6. Your Event Is Officially Booked
Your event date and time are officially confirmed and booked once ENE has received the required payment and your signed Service Agreement. You will receive a booking confirmation from our office.
A Note About Processing Time
Bookings submitted on Fridays, weekends, holidays, or during peak event seasons may require additional processing time.
We appreciate your patience and will contact you as soon as your documents are ready and have been emailed out to you!
